A home inspection is essentially a visual inspection, however, various hand tools may be used to check for moisture intrusion, proper electrical wiring, water pressure and various other measurments.

An inspection of a 2000 square foot home typically takes about 3 hours. During that time I will be checking all accessible areas of the home, including the attic, crawl space below the home, exterior, roof, foundation, heating and cooling systems, electrical service panel, receptacles and switches, plumbing system, water heater and most built in appliances included in the sale.

After the inspection, the report is compiled in the office and posted on this web site or e-mailed to you, the client. In addition, a hard copy is delivered or mailed to you.
